LTS Help Desk

The Help Desk is staffed for extensive coverage to provide walk-up and telephone support for general issues with computers and LTS facilities across the campus. They're intended to be any user's first stop in getting assistance. In addition to resolving many issues in person or over the phone, they can also create support tickets to refer issues to any department within LTS for desk-side, hardware or systems support to resolve issues of any type.
